The ideal candidate for our Lead Application Developer position will have a background in:

  • Mainframe and distributed technologies with a deep developer skillset (application side)​
  • Actively engage with clients to modernize applications to take advantage of the power of the mainframe​
  • Some familiarity with infrastructure support (distributed or mainframe)​
  • Well-rounded application experience (distributed and mainframe)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Comfortable engaging with and presenting​ to clients as a consultant and as part of the sales process
